SONG OF THE WEEK: The Tribe Of Judah Choir - Exalt You




The Tribe of Judah Choir RCCG Victory Temple Bowie is a group of inspired, anointed and talented worshippers raising the praise to the Almighty. The Tribe of Judah is the Music Ministry of The Redeemed Christian Church of God, Victory Temple Bowie, Maryland. The group is comprised of youngsters and adults alike, The Tribe of Judah has been a potent ministry of the church since its inception and plays the very vital role of leading the praise worship during service and programs. They released their debut EP “Exalt” in 2010 which consisted of 2 tracks “Exalt You” and “Jesus is the same”. The Tribe of Judah was among the top 10 finalists selected by a panel of judges comprising of Music World Entertainment CEO, Mathew Knowles, and Torrence Glenn of BET.com for the Gospel Music Channel 2011 Power awards. The Tribe of Judah choir was recently nominated for the Best Gospel Group USA by the African Gospel Music Awards (AGMA) in the United Kingdom. In September 2011, The Tribe of Judah Choir won the 2011 Verizon How Sweet the Sound Gospel Choir competition Washington DC “Best small Choir Award”  In December 2011 The Tribe of Judah Choir was invited to sing at the White House for President Barrack Obama’s 2011 Christmas Tree Lighting Event


The Tribe of Judah is led by Assistant Pastor Bayo Babajide, a seasoned instrumentalist, singer, music teacher and worship leader. Under his leadership, the Tribe of Judah has become a well-known choir in the community.
